Veggie Farmhouse Pizza

      Golden Fresh 11-Inch Pizza Base
    • 1 cup
      Dayo Shredded Cheese
    • 1/2 cup
      Golden Fresh Sweet Corn
    • 1/4 cup
      Chopped Onion
    • 1/4 cup
      Mushrooms
    • 1/4 cup
      Bell Pepper
    • 1-2 tsp
      Mixed Herbs
    • 1/2 cup
      pizza sauce
    • To Taste
      Salt
    • 1 tbsp
      Olive Oil
    Directions
    • Preheat Oven
      • Preheat oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.

    • Preapare Pizza Base
      • Place the 11-inch pizza base on a baking tray. Lightly brush edges with olive oil (optional).

    • Spread Sauce
      • Evenly spread pizza sauce over the base, leaving a small border.

       

      •  

    • Add Cheese Layer
      • Sprinkle half of the Dayo Mozzarella Cheese evenly.

       

      •  

    • Add Vegetables
      • Top with sweet corn, onions, capsicum, and mushrooms.

       

      •  

    • Seasoning

      Sprinkle mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt.

    • Bake
      • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and the crust turns golden.

    • Serve Hot
      • Slice and serve immediately.
