Directions
- Marinate Paneer
- In a mixing bowl, combine ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, cumin, kasuri methi, and salt. Add Golden Fresh Paneer Cubes and toss gently. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Cook Filling
- Heat butter in a pan. Add marinated paneer and sauté on medium heat until golden. Drizzle lemon juice if desired.
- Warm Parathas
- Heat Malabar Parathas on a tawa until soft yet slightly crisp.
- Assemble Wraps
- Spread 1 tsp Green Curd Chutney over each paratha. Place paneer filling in the center and roll tightly.
- Seal & Serve
- Lightly toast the rolled wraps on the tawa for 1 min per side. Serve hot with extra chutney.
