Golden Fatayer & Crispy Fries Platter with Sweet Mango

Preheat your oven or air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Place the frozen Skin On 6mm Coated French Fries in a single layer on a baking sheet (if using an oven) or in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.

While the fries are cooking, place the Cheese Fatayer on a separate baking sheet or in the oven/air fryer alongside the fries (if space permits and temperature is suitable). Heat for 10-12 minutes, or until warmed through and the pastry is slightly golden.

While the savory items are cooking, if using frozen Mango Slices, allow them to thaw slightly at room temperature or gently warm in the microwave for a few seconds until soft.

Once cooked, carefully remove the fries and fatayer. Drizzle the fries with a touch of cooking oil, then season immediately with salt and black pepper to taste.

Arrange the crispy fries and warm cheese fatayer on a serving platter. Place the sweet mango slices alongside or in a small bowl on the side.
