Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta

  • 1 packet
    alfredo mix
  • 200 g
    Pasta
  • 1 cube
    Butter
  • 2 pods
    Garlic
  • 150 g- diced
    Chicken Breast
  • as per taste
    Salt
  • as per taste
    Black Pepper
  • for garnish
    Parsley
  • garnish
    Parmesan cheese grated
Directions
  • Cook the Pasta
    • Boil penne in salted water for 10–12 minutes until al dente.

     

    • Drain and set aside.

  • Cook the Chicken
    • In a pan, heat butter over medium heat.

    • Sauté diced chicken with salt and pepper until cooked through.

     

    • Remove chicken and set aside.

  • Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
    • In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes.

    • Add Sidco Alfredo Mix and a little pasta water to loosen the sauce.

     

    • Cook for 3–5 minutes until creamy

  • Combine Pasta, Chicken & Sauce
    • Add cooked penne and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

     

    • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.

  • Serve & Garnish
    • Garnish with fresh parsley or basil. Serve hot.
