Chili Cheese Toastie

  • 1/2 cup
    Dayo Shredded Cheese
  • 2 pc
    Bread
  • as per taste
    Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp
    Golden Fresh Butter (Salted)
  • as per taste
    Oregano
Directions
  • Prepare the Bread
    • Lay the bread slices on a clean surface.

     

  • Butter the bread
    • Spread Golden Fresh butter evenly on one side of  bread slices.

  • Add the filling

    Flip the bread slices (butter side down).
    Sprinkle a generous layer of Dayo shredded cheese evenly.

  • Add chillies
    •          Spread chopped green chillies over the cheese.
      • Add black pepper or chilli flakes

      Add chopped green chilli or chilli flakes and oregano.

  • Toast
    • Toast for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and the cheese melts fully.

     

  • Serve
    • Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
