    Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup
    Chopped Onion

    Olive Oil

    Paprika

Directions
  • Prepare the Chicken
    • Heat olive oil in a pan, add shredded chicken, paprika/taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until well coated.
  • Assemble the Quesadilla
    • Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread half of the shredded cheese evenly, add the spiced chicken, bell peppers, and onions. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover with the second tortilla.
  • Cook the Quesadilla
    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the quesadilla in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Serve
    • Cut into wedges and serve hot with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
