Chicken Mandi

  • 500 g
    Golden Fresh Chicken Mix Cut
  • 2 cups
    Basmati Rice
  • 4 cloves -minced
    Garlic
  • 1 large -sliced
    Onion
  • 2 tbsp
    Mandi Spice Mix
  • To Taste
    Salt
  • 3 cups
    Water
  • 3 tbsp
    Cooking Oil
  • for garnish
    Coriander
  • for garnish
    Parsley
Directions
  • Prepare the Chicken
    • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

    • Add onions and garlic, sauté until golden.

     

    • Add Golden Fresh Chicken Mix Cut and mandi spice mix, cooking for 5–7 minutes until chicken is lightly browned.

  • Cook the Rice
    • Add basmati rice to the pot and stir gently to coat with spices.

    • Pour in water, add salt, and bring to a boil.

     

    • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes, until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.

  • Serve
    • Garnish with fresh coriander or parsley.

     

    • Serve hot with a side of yogurt or salad or raita.
