Chicken Curry

  • 500 g
    Golden Fresh Chicken Mix Cut
  • 1-large
    Chopped Onion
  • 2-medium
    Chopped Tomato
  • 2 tbsp
    Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp
    Red Chilli Powder
  • 3 cloves -minced
    Garlic
  • 1 inch piece-minced
    Ginger
  • 2-3 tbsp
    Cooking Oil
  • To Taste
    Salt
  • 1-2 cups
    Water
Directions
  • Sauté Aromatics
    • Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.

    • Add onions, sauté until golden.

     

    • Add garlic and ginger, cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Cook Chicken
    • Add Golden Fresh Chicken Mix Cut to the pot.

     

    • Sauté for 5–7 minutes until chicken is lightly browned.

  • Add Spices & Tomatoes
    • Sprinkle in turmeric powder and red chili powder.

    • Stir and cook 1–2 minutes until aromatic.

    • Add chopped tomatoes or puree, and salt.

     

    • Cook for 5 minutes until tomatoes soften.

  • Simmer
    • Pour in water (or water + coconut milk for richness).

     

    • Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.

  • Add Garam Masala & Garnish

  • Serve
    • Serve hot with steamed rice, roti, or naan.
