Beef Kebab

  • 500 g
    Golden Fresh Beef Mince
  • 1 medium
    Chopped Onion
  • 5 cloves minced
    Garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced
    Ginger
  • 1-2 finely chopped
    Green Chillies
  • 2 tbsp
    Chopped Coriander
  • 2 tbsp
    Garam Masala
  • 1.5 tsp
    Cumin Powder
  • 1.5 tsp
    Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 0.5 tsp
    Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp
    Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp
    Chat Masala
  • To taste
    Salt
Directions
  • Prepare the Mixture
    1. In a large bowl, add beef mince, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander, and mint.

    2. Add all spices, roasted besan, salt, and oil/butter.

    3. Mix thoroughly for 3–4 minutes until sticky and well combined.

  • Shape the Kebabs
    • Divide mixture into equal portions.

     

    • Shape onto skewers or form long seekh-style kebabs by hand.

  • Chill
    • Refrigerate shaped kebabs for 15–20 minutes to help them hold shape.

  • Cook the Kebabs

    Pan Fry:

    • Heat a pan with little oil on medium heat.

    • Cook kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning until evenly browned.

    Grill / Air Fry:

     

    • Air fry at 180°C for 12–14 minutes, turning halfway.

    • Grill on medium heat until nicely charred.

  • Serve

    Serve hot with onion slices, lemon wedges or mint chutney
